Registration Details

The following is the registration schedule and pricing:

•         Early Bird - $75 Per Player June1st to June 21st

•         Regular Registration - $95 Per Player June 22  through July 11th

•         Late Registration - ….. $115 Per Player after July 11th


Note: provided only that there is space available on a team. In some cases, based on league rules, deadlines and team sizes, we cannot add players after the normal registration deadline.

Please note that our process is first come first serve.  It is rare, but possible that one could sign up on time, but be on a waiting list due to the number of players who sign up in a particular division.

Sibling Discount: $10 per additional child

Family Fee Cap: Based on 4 kids or more in the program.

Early Bird Family Fee Cap: $270

Regular Registration Family Fee Cap: $350

Late Registration Family Fee Cap: $430


A few notes:

The late registration fee will not apply to Tiger Cubs or U8 player registrations…although both can take advantage of the early bird discounts.

Why So Early?

As you may or may not know, Maynard Youth Soccer is part of the Nashoba Valley Youth Soccer League (NVYSL), which has over 25 towns and hundreds of teams participating in their league.

Hence, we are under their rules and regulations as it pertains to team and roster submissions. MYS is required to submit preliminary team in July for the fall and December for the Spring. As a result, we need to know how many players are registered in order to place the appropriate number of teams in the appropriate flights within the League.  As we get closer to the season, roster changes or additions are subject to fines and penalties on our organization.  So, while we understand that sometimes your kids may decide at a late date to participate in soccer, and we may be able to accommodate them, we still need to collect fees to cover the fines and penalties charged to us by the NVYSL when we make late changes.

 

Refund Policy 

Before the start of the season’s first scheduled game a refund, minus a $10 administration fee will be issued.  After the first game of the season and before the 3rd game of the season a refund of $40 will only be issued for a medical reason or a family moving out of town.  No other refunds will be issued after the first game of the season without the approval of the Board of Directors.
